International Federation of Horse Racing Academies app for iPhone and iPad

Powered by the tremendous success achieved by the HH Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan Global Arabian Horse Flat Racing Festival, His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE and Minister of Presidential Affairs has initiated the start of a Federation to nurture and give a positive direction to aspiring flat racing jockeys and Horse Racing Professionals.

The result of His Highness Sheikh Mansoors instructions led to the establishment of this International Federation of Horse Racing Academies, a body which will be headquartered in Abu Dhabi, World Capital for Purebred Arabian Racing.

These Statutes shall establish the International Federation for Horse Racing Academies (IFHRA) purposes and objectives and reflect its core values and fundamental principles. These statutes shall constitute IFHRAs main by laws and constitution, hence this document will govern IFHRAs organisation and the relevant powers, rights and responsibilities among its governing bodies and stakeholders, including the National Academies, Jockeys , Horse Racing Professionals and other relevant committees.

These Statutes together with any other regulation(s) enacted thereafter, represent the codification of the principles and norms that govern Horse Racing Academies and the nurturing of worlds future flat racing jockeys and Horse Racing Professionals. They provide mechanisms for governance, accountability, action, operation and transparency necessary to further its existence and enable its progress, and for ensuring compliance with the Olympic Charter.
